Michelle Lucia

Michelle Lucia grew up in a large French family, where food was a central part of her earliest memories. She discovered food as a career while working in catering, then studied Commercial Cookery and Food Studies at Northern Beaches TAFE. Michelle began working at a major Sydney cooking school in 2002 as a class assistant, moving into demonstrating in 2006. She also does a lot of work with food magazines, food commercials and behind the scenes on television cooking shows, including Ready Steady Cook, The Black Olive and Fresh Channel 9, where she is head chef/recipe writer.

Christine Chandler

Christine Chandler is The Chefs Toolbox's resident "Cooking Guru", developing recipes and cooking training for Consultants ¨C who often have little or no cooking experience - to help them build confidence in the kitchen and develop a love of cooking. She also plays a large role in the design and development of Chefs Toolbox products. Chris has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has been as a presenter at the Sydney Seafood School, worked in recipe development for a range of publications and ran a small catering business for many years.
