Ct-edge Knives have a lifetime replacement guarantee1,2 for defective workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, nor abuse.

They must not be put in the dishwasher as the corrosive detergent can pit the metal. The guarantee does not cover surface marks which occur if the knife is not washed and dried after use. The marks can be simply brushed off with a nylon scourer.

Your Electronic Scales are covered by a 12-month guarantee.

We do not recommend using the plastic bowl of the Electronic Scales set in the microwave to heat foods. Place plastic bowl only on top rack of dishwasher for gentle cleaning. Use only recommended battery type.

Your Digital Thermometer is covered by a 12-month guarantee. The Chefs Toolbox will repair or replace items that are found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Only the metal lead and temperature probe should be exposed to heat. The thermometer is not heat-proof, and should be protected, like any other electronic item, from heat and water. Remove probe from thermometer when cleaning. Only clean probe with warm water and soap; do not place in dishwasher. Use only recommended battery type.
