FAQ 2008

Q. What is ChefsClub?
A. ChefsClub is Australia's most rewarding customer loyalty program. There are no fees or charges and membership is open to everybody who wants to be rewarded for their kitchenware purchases.

Q. How do I accumulate points and at what rate?
A. You receive 1 point for every dollar you spend. This includes specials, Host ½-price shopping and on-line purchases. The only exclusion is Freight & Insurance charges. You can receive even more points when you host a Cooking Party.

Q. Why should I always provide my ChefsClub membership number when making a purchase?
A. Your rewards get better as your points balance increases. Every dollar you spend accumulates towards your dream product.

Q. How many points can I earn?
A. There are no limits on the number of points you can accumulate. The more points, the greater the rewards.

Q. How can I super-charge my points total?
A. The fastest way to accumulate points is to host a Cooking Party. When you achieve certain sales and booking targets you can earn 2000 points in one hit.

Q. Are there bonus points?
A. From time to time TCT will offer bonus points for products, bookings and other actions. Keep an eye on eAT for these extra ways to get to your reward even faster.

Q. Can I purchase top-up points?
A. Not at present although if you think that's a good idea, please contact us as we want to make ChefsClub as flexible as possible.

Q. When will my points be processed?
A. Your points accumulate when your order is processed by TCT at our offices. For web-orders, this is the business day you submit the order. For Cooking Party orders, this is when your Consultant submits your order to TCT.

Q. Do my points expire?
A. Unfortunately all good things come to an end including ChefsClub points. The points will expire on the last business day of the month, 15 months after the month they were allocated to you.

Q. How do I check how many points I have?
A. From 1 March 2008, simply log-in to your account to check your transaction history and your current points total.

Q. How do I redeem points for my reward?
A. From 1 March 2008, simply log-in to your account and go to the ChefsClub pages to browse for your reward.

Q. How much does it cost to have my reward shipped to me?
A. nothing, nada, nicht. Shipping of all rewards is free!

Q. Can I give my points to anyone else?
A. ChefsClub points are not transferable between members.
